Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which products purchased from https://maharaniweaves.com/ may be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

At Maharani Weaves, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review the guidelines below to ensure a smooth return or exchange process.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 3 calendar days from the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags, packaging, and invoice/order confirmation.
  • Products must be in the same condition as delivered. Any signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage, or missing parts will make the item ineligible for return.
  • Non-returnable items: Sale or discounted products, products purchased during ongoing offers or promotions, gift cards, custom-made orders, personalized items, hygiene-related products, and items marked “final sale”.

2. Return Process

  1. Email us at maharaniweaves@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the product and unboxing video.
  3. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
  4. Once approved, ship the product back to the address we provide.
  5. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  6. Please use a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost returns.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 2–3 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Ineligible returns will be sent back to the customer at their expense without a refund.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for size or product issues, subject to stock availability.
  • Exchange requests follow the same process as returns.
  • If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and a proper unboxing video.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
  • Claims raised after 48 hours will not be eligible for free replacement or refund.

6. Important Notes

  • Products with stains, perfume, signs of wear, or missing packaging will not be accepted.
  • Misuse of the return policy may lead to refusal of future requests.
  • Repeated invalid return attempts may result in account review.
