Return & Refund Policy

At Maharani Weaves, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help — with clear guidelines to ensure a smooth process for both you and us.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 3 calendar days from the delivery date as confirmed by the shipping carrier.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags, packaging, and invoice/order confirmation.

  • Products must be in the same condition as delivered — any signs of wear, alteration, washing, damage, or missing parts will make the item ineligible for return.

  • Non-returnable items: Sale/discounted products, gift cards, custom-made orders, personalized items, hygiene-related products (such as earrings, masks, etc.), and any item marked “final sale” on the product page.


2. Return Process

  1. Email us at maharaniweaves@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos showing the condition of the product (if applicable).

  3. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and confirm eligibility.

  4. Once approved, ship the product back to the address we provide.

  5. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

  6. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.


3. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 2-3 business days after inspection.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • If the returned item is found ineligible (e.g., worn, damaged, missing tags), we will return it to you at your expense without a refund.


4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are possible for size or product issues, subject to stock availability.

  • Exchange requests follow the same process as returns.

  • If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

    1. The product

    2. The packaging

    3. The shipping label

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

  • Claims made after 48 hours will not be eligible for free replacement or refund.


6. Important Notes to Prevent Misuse

  • Items returned with perfume, stains, signs of wear, or without original packaging will not be accepted.

  • Any intentional damage or misuse of the return policy will result in refusal of future return/exchange requests.

  • Multiple returns from the same customer without valid reasons may lead to account review and refusal of future purchases.
